Our products are fully customizable to meet your branding and design specifications. All products are manufactured at our in-house facility to ensure quality control.

3. Ordering Process

Account Creation: You must create an account on our website to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order and shipping information.
Samples & Mockups: We provide 3D mockups and physical samples before starting mass production to ensure your satisfaction.
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs): Please review our MOQ guidelines before placing an order. Orders below the MOQ may not be accepted.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment options. Payment must be made in full before production begins.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once production begins, cancellations will not be accepted.
Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged. Please inspect your items upon delivery.
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive defective or damaged products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
